Most sweets hit your body with 15–25g of sugar per packet, spiking your blood sugar and leaving you tired, hungry, and craving more.
And “sugar-free” doesn’t mean better. Many companies swap sugar for sugar alcohols that ferment in the gut and cause bloating and discomfort.
(Common ones include Erythritol, Maltitol, Sorbitol, Xylitol, and Isomalt.)
Many brands market themselves as “low sugar” while loading their products with these ingredients - so always check the label.
We wanted to create a sweet that actually works with your body.
